DatingJet is a thriving, growing group of experts in the dating field. We are currently looking to add a Copywriter to our team.

We’re looking for a writer who is excited about dating experiences and understands how to deliver a message to the clients. The ideal candidate for this role embraces challenges and inspires new ways of thinking within their work and across the team.

Senior Copywriter (Remote)

What you’ll do:
———————

• Write posts, ads, and other marketing needs as they arise.
• Additional editing as needed for written materials generated by the team.
• Ensure communications are technically correct and tonally appropriate for our audience.

What we’re looking for:
———————–

• You have 3+ years of experience as a copywriter (preferably in dating)
• You are self-directed and strategic: the ideal candidate can take given source materials, and ask questions or source additional context as necessary to execute on a given task.
• You enjoy writing and content creation in general. You deeply enjoy sharing what you know and helping others to grow.
• Strong grasp of English writing, grammar, and mechanics, and opinionated editing.

Role Requirements:

• A strong agency and/or product team background as well as a proven ability to create copy for a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently when necessary and meet deadlines without hand-holding.
• An appreciation for the relationship between text and visual elements (and great design in general), understanding that a product isn’t truly great unless the content and the design support each other.
• Experience in a range of digital platforms, from marketing websites and social to interactive educational content and blogs
